Partner & Co-Founder

Gord has 25+ years’ experience leading high-tech sales and marketing teams. Gord has held senior sales positions at NCR, SAP, Siebel Systems, Deloitte, Ideaca, and Hitachi.  He was a Partner at Ideaca that went from a startup to over 60 million in revenue and eventually sold to Hitachi. Gord is recognized for sales and marketing leadership in the professional services, high tech, and financial services industries with clients and partners including Microsoft, SAP, Descartes Systems, BDO, RSA and CGI. Gord also teaches in Seneca college’s grad program. Gord has a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA from the University of Windsor. He holds certifications with RAIN Group, Scaling Up and Objective management group.

Dave has 25+ years of business development and management experience in leading projects and teams at KPMG, Capgemini, IBM Global Services, NCR. Dave has a variety of front line and board experience and is recognized for consulting, sales and marketing expertise in a variety of industries including: high tech, professional services, retail, and industrial markets. A lifelong learner, he has a BA from Queen’s University, HBCOMM and MBA from the University of Windsor, Accredited Outsourcing Practitioner (AOP), Diploma in Digital Strategy and Communications Management from the University of Toronto, and Certified Sales Leader (CSL) designation from Canadian Professional Sales Association. Dave is also a professor of Professional Selling at Sheridan College.

Janet has a wealth of experience in marketing for small and mid sized businesses. She owned and operated Once Upon a Child retail stores for over 20 years with locations in Newmarket and Ajax. She successfully sold this business in 2015. She was an early adopter of social media and advanced digital marketing strategies to drive customer retention and new customer acquisition. Janet has worked extensively with websites, Facebook, email marketing and LinkedIn to generate more revenue. Prior to starting her own business, Janet led customer service teams at RBC and Groupmark Canada. Janet has a bachelor’s degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. She loves to wind down at her cottage with friends and family.

Dan is a seasoned sales professional with wide-ranging executive and functional sales experience. Dan first worked in manufacturing, moving on to executive roles in SAP, CGI, and ACS. Dan’s sales experience ranges from start-ups to multinational organizations. Dan has strong experience in building and running sales teams and nurturing an environment of sales excellence and customer engagement. Prior to his sales roles, Dan was a financial executive and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada. Away from work, Dan enjoys family and travel, and is an avid hockey player and fan.

Abhitej is experienced in multiple sales and marketing roles. His journey took off with a sales position at Axis Bank in India. He then moved to a marketing agency called The AntiAlias where he devised effective digital marketing strategies for several E-commerce businesses, resulting in a 20% growth in the agency’s revenue. Because of his yearning for exposure to international markets, he moved to Canada where he graduated with an honours diploma in Marketing Management from Seneca College. Over the past 2+ years with ALTA Consulting he has contributed to the success of client projects with a fresh and creative approach. On weekends, you’ll find him at racetracks following his passion for automotive racing.

Srujan is a Marketing Management student at Seneca with over 2 years of experience in sales & marketing development and product branding. During his time working at a fast growing start-up, he managed sales teams, identified new marketing opportunities, and assisted in a successful new-product launch campaign. He was naturally attracted to the sales and marketing side of the business and decided to move to an organization that can further nurture his interests. As a member of the ALTA consulting family, Srujan is responsible for helping clients reach their sales/marketing goals and executing general ALTA marketing efforts.

Humza brings over 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing as well as Training. With a keen understanding of Human Factors and Buyer Psychology, he has mastered the art and science of high value selling. With this expertise, his work has led to over 4 billion dollars in sales revenues.  Humza holds a Master of Science degree based on the principles of Human Factors with published research in the area of human performance. He also holds a Masters of Science degree in Engineering Management. He has a number of years’ experience in coaching and training people for peak performance and is a Registered Corporate Coach (certified by the International body WABC).

Frédéric holds a B.Com from HEC Montréal and a MBA from McGill University. Frédéric spent 25 years in a variety of Business Development roles at leading global organisations like Xerox, SAS, ACI Worldwide and NCR. His roles with these companies evolved over time from individual contributions to positions like Head of Canadian Sales. Frédéric has also spent a great deal of time in Senior Marketing positions at some of Canada’s leading Professional service firms, such as: Richter, Morneau Shepell and Nter Technologies; and a joint-venture between CGI Group and Loto-Quebec.

Jay is a seasoned sales and marketing executive in the technology industry. He has 25+ years of experience at EDS and IBM, as well as two prominent technology startup companies. Now as a full-time professor, Jay teaches a range of sales, marketing and entrepreneurship curriculum at the college, university and corporate levels. He is an online teaching specialist, having taught sales and marketing courses across Canada for the past 10 years. Jay has developed curriculum and partner relationships with the Schulich School of Business Executive Education Centre, York University and has deep experience in experiential learning development. He has a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and a M.A. in Adult Education from Central Michigan University.

He has extensive experience with brand identity, strategy, design, web design & development, creative & art direction, and video production. As a member of the ALTA Consulting team Lane helps clients develop or update their brands to be in-line with today’s modern & professional standards. This includes anything from logo concepts to web design & development. Lane graduated from Mount Royal University in 2011 with a Degree in Communications.
