ALTA Consulting is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Analyst (Intern) to support and execute marketing initiatives across multiple accounts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and experience in content development, campaign execution, and marketing automation. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to AI-driven marketing projects, staying ahead of the latest industry trends.

Position: Analyst (Intern)
Commitment: 20 to 25 hours per week
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing
Duration: 4-8 Months
*This is a paid internship position for an experienced professional.
This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for executing campaigns, developing content, maintaining organized marketing records, and tracking performance to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, this role will contribute to AI-driven marketing initiatives by identifying use cases and staying updated on the latest AI trends applicable to business and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development & Social Media Management
Develop and execute content strategies across digital platforms.
Create, schedule, and manage social media content using Canva and other design and content tools.
Maintain brand consistency and engagement across LinkedIn and other channels.
Campaign Execution & Email Marketing
Set up and optimize email marketing campaigns in HubSpot and other automation tools.
Conduct market research and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Segment audiences and monitor performance to improve campaign effectiveness.
Marketing Project Management
Coordinate and track progress of various marketing initiatives.
Support client projects by contributing to deliverables, campaign setup, and execution.
Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to streamline marketing workflows.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics (Marketing, social media, campaign performance).
Generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
AI Marketing & Innovation
Support AI-driven marketing projects, assisting in research and implementation.
Identify and evaluate AI use cases to enhance marketing strategies.
Stay up to date with emerging AI trends and their applications in business and digital marketing.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in content marketing, social media, email marketing, and campaign execution.
Technical Skills: Proficient in HubSpot, WebFlow, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Canva, and marketing automation tools. Experience with CRM, analytics platforms, and AI-driven marketing tools is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus: Experience working with B2B marketing and AI-driven marketing strategies.
